Playing with anagrams.

Also an anagram of Dean Bycroft.

It might not be immediately obvious, but 'Beyond Craft' is an anagram of Dean Bycroft - hence the name change on the blog. I felt it was far too appropriate to ignore.

I used black card to cut out the letters of my name and animated them on a whiteboard. A few digital effects later and I've got some kind of cheesy branding logo. The light-ray effect taking the cheesometer off the scale... :D

I can't figure out what kind of sound it should have, so at the moment it's mute.

  1. I love it! I can see it (or, well, hear it) with some kind of cartoon bing/boop/boing type noises - it'd go with the style of lettering quite well I think.
I actually did realise the whole Beyond Craft anagram doo-dah anyways, which I thought very apt. Tell me you do this whole creative shindig for a living - if not, why not?! x
Oh and PS - I feel bad for not leaving you more than crumbs, so I've left a muffin on the side for you ;)

  2. Haha, you jest! I'm a long way off being employable in the creative shindig sector. Maybe with a few years more practice.

I'm glad you like it. And thank you for the advice and the muffin :)

  4. Thanks for the post. Love to solve anagrams almost as much as inventing them. If you like TV + anagrams, check out my blog.
